Mass production of core components overcomes bottlenecks, accelerating mass production of humanoid robots.

According to "Pudong Release", recently, the domestic humanoid robot joint module head enterprise, Yiu Technology, launched the "world's first automated production line for robot joints" in Pudong. This is a key step in the transition of the intelligent industry from technology research and development to large-scale manufacturing, marking a breakthrough in the production bottleneck of core components of humanoid robots and pressing the "accelerator key" for the large-scale application of humanoid robots. This globally pioneering automated production line is systematically designed around the entire manufacturing process of joint modules, deeply integrating processes such as precision assembly, automatic calibration, and performance testing, achieving full-process automation production from parts to finished joint modules. Currently, the production line has an annual capacity of 100,000 units, and the planned expansion of the production line will increase the total capacity to 300,000 units, providing unprecedented production capacity assurance for downstream integrated enterprises.
