Sino-Philippine coast guards conduct joint search and rescue

On January 23, the Chinese coast guard continued to search and rescue foreign crew members who fell into the water after their cargo ship capsized near the Chinese Huangyan Island. As of now, there are still 4 missing crew members. The Chinese coast guard vessels Dongsha and Sanmen have joined forces with the Philippine coast guard vessel 9701 that arrived at the scene that evening to conduct search and rescue operations in the designated area.
