Construction Bank: Construction Trust and Construction Integration Home Leasing Housing REIT Termination of Declaration Review

On January 23rd, Construction Bank announced that in order to further integrate project resources and optimize operation management, the fund manager and special plan manager of the "Jianxin Jianrong Home Leasing Housing Closed-end Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund" project have applied to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange to withdraw the registration, listing, and asset support special plan listing transfer application materials for this project fund. This termination of application review will not have any adverse impact on the bank's business operations and financial condition.
