According to reports, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has put forward new requirements for institutions applying for additional qualifications for offline investors. Institutions applying for qualifications in the Shanghai and Shenzhen main boards, the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, and the Growth Enterprise Board can further improve their internal systems for offline new share business during the application process. Institutions applying for qualifications in the aforementioned boards, as well as the Beijing Stock Exchange and public offering REITs, are required to fully introduce their company situation and provide detailed information. Registered investors do not need to reapply, as this move aims to optimize the registration process and facilitate institutional applications.
