This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. In the past 12 months, the cumulative amount of similar related party transactions has exceeded 0.5% of the company's most recently audited net assets, but has not reached 5%, so it does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval. If the contract is signed, Dongfeng Mold Stamping Technology Co., Ltd. must complete the installation and commissioning before March 15, 2026.
