Zhengzhou Coal Power: Super transformation coal mine has stopped production.

On January 23, Zhengzhou Coal and Electricity announced that the approved production capacity of its Chaohe Coal Mine is 1.2 million tons per year. However, the mine's resources are on the verge of depletion, and continuing extraction is facing technical bottlenecks and safety risks. It does not have economic value to continue production activities. Based on preliminary calculations by the company's finance department, it is estimated that a provision for impairment of 311 million yuan will need to be made, which will directly reduce the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company by 311 million yuan in the year 2025.
