The 3D Communication announcement stated that, in order to meet the development needs of its subsidiary's internet advertising marketing business, the company held a meeting on January 23, 2026, and agreed to increase the factoring business limit applied by its subsidiary, Giant Broad Network, from not more than 7 billion to not more than 14 billion, with a validity period of 12 months, and provide not more than 14 billion of accounts receivable pledge guarantees. The subsidiary, Giant Network Technology, intends to provide joint and several liability guarantees for Giant Broad Network, with a total amount not exceeding 14 billion. This matter requires approval from the shareholders' meeting, does not constitute a related party transaction or major asset restructuring. Increasing the limit may promote business development, but comes with costs, liquidity issues, and default risks.
