From January to November of 2025, the total amount of intellectual property usage fees imported and exported in China reached 382.87 billion yuan.

The State Intellectual Property Office introduced that by 2025, the number of patent transfer and license recordations in China reached 697,000, an increase of 13.7% year-on-year. Among them, the number of patent transfer and license recordations for universities and research institutions was close to 90,000, an increase of 16.6% year-on-year. The industrialization rate of enterprise invention patents reached 54%, steadily increasing for several consecutive years. From January to November 2025, the total amount of intellectual property usage fees for import and export in the country reached 382.87 billion yuan, an increase of 7.4% year-on-year, of which the export amount increased by 23.1% year-on-year, helping China's service trade exports to reach new heights.
