CITIC Securities announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CSCIF Hong Kong Limited, completed the issuance of $200 million notes under the medium-term note program on January 22, 2026. CITIC Securities International, a wholly-owned subsidiary, provided an unconditional and irrevocable joint and several guarantee of $208 million for the payment obligations of these notes, with no counter-guarantee. As of the announcement date, the actual amount of guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries totaled 45.192 billion yuan, accounting for 42.45% of the most recently audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
