Zuming Group announcement shows that the actual controller, Cai Zuming, and the concerted action person collectively reduced their holdings by 1.6085 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from January 16 to January 22, 2026, accounting for 1.29% of the total share capital. The shareholding ratio decreased from 55.00% to 53.71%. According to the reduction plan disclosed on November 6, 2025, Cai Zuming plans to reduce his holdings by a cumulative total of no more than 3.7434 million shares, or 3.00% of the total share capital, between November 27, 2025, and February 24, 2026.
