In order to promote the globalization strategy, the company plans to increase capital and introduce strategic investors SENDA INTERNATIONAL to the "Thai Packaging Paper Box Production Base Construction Project". Dashing Da's subsidiary, Hainan Dashing Da Investment, plans to increase its capital by 72,089.40 million Thai Baht with additional funds raised, while SENDA INTERNATIONAL plans to contribute 12,774.60 million Thai Baht. After the capital increase, Dashing Da's registered capital in Thailand will increase from 3 million Thai Baht to 85,164 million Thai Baht, with the company holding 85% of the shares and SENDA INTERNATIONAL holding 15%, changing from a wholly-owned subsidiary to a holding subsidiary.
