Weixinuo announced that the company signed a "Principal Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Construction Bank in 2026 to provide a joint and several guarantee of 150 million yuan for its holding subsidiary Gu'an Yungu, with its own patents pledged with an evaluation value of about 47.6 million yuan. After this guarantee, the total guarantee balance for Gu'an Yungu is 9.388 billion yuan, with a remaining available guarantee amount in 2025 of 5.967 billion yuan. After this guarantee, the total external guarantee balance of the company and its holding subsidiaries is 16.983 billion yuan, accounting for 306.04% of the audited net assets in 2024, with no overdue guarantees.
