Qinghai procuratorial organs have prosecuted the alleged corruption case of Liu Wenquan in accordance with the law.

Recently, the case of Liu Wenquan, former deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of China National Zhuhai Port Management Limited Company, suspected of bribery, has been investigated and concluded by the Haixi City Supervision Commission of Qinghai Province, and transferred to the procuratorial organ for review and prosecution. Designated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Haixi City People's Procuratorate of Qinghai Province has filed a public prosecution to the Haixi City Intermediate People's Court in accordance with the law. The case is currently under further processing.
