According to the Tianjin Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, Ma Kuijun, former party secretary of Tianjin Maritime Vocational College, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Tianjin Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission.
