On January 22, Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Zhang Xingwang introduced at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office that by 2025, China will accelerate the research and development and application of agricultural machinery and equipment, with the comprehensive mechanization rate of crop planting and harvesting reaching 76.7%. The application scenarios of smart agriculture will be expanded along the entire chain, with the number of agricultural drones exceeding 300,000 and the annual operating area exceeding 460 million acres. The low-altitude economy is performing well in the agricultural field and showing a promising trend.
