The proposal of the Communist Party of China Suzhou Municipal Committee on formulating the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Suzhou City has been released, mentioning the promotion of high-quality development of the real estate industry. Accelerate the establishment of a new model for real estate development, dynamically adjust real estate policies according to the situation and circumstances, improve the housing system with multiple entities supplying, multiple channels guaranteeing, and both renting and purchasing, and play the role of housing consumption supported by housing provident funds. Optimize the supply of affordable housing to meet the basic housing needs of urban working-class groups and various disadvantaged families. Increase the efforts in the renovation of old houses, promote the exchange of old houses for new ones, and reinvigorate the stock of commercial housing. Promote the construction of "good houses" and expand the supply of high-quality residential buildings.
