Shentong Express announced that the company plans to provide a guarantee amount of up to 200 million yuan to financial institutions for franchisees, with the effective period from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting to the date of the next year's shareholders' meeting. The guarantee method is joint liability or margin pledge guarantee, and the guaranteed party must sign a power of attorney and counter-guarantee agreement. This matter has been approved by the board of directors and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. As of the date of the announcement, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries is 2.599 billion yuan, accounting for 26.50% of the net assets audited in 2024, with actual guarantees totaling 2.363 billion yuan, accounting for 24.09%, and no overdue guarantees.
