Shentong Express announced that it recently received litigation materials delivered by Yuhuan People's Court, and natural person Xi Chunyang initiated a civil lawsuit against the company and one of its actual controllers, Chen Xiaoying, on the grounds of disputing shareholder status. The plaintiff requested to confirm that the 20.2842 million shares under Chen Xiaoying's name belong to him, and to handle non-trading transfer procedures, with the disputed shares accounting for approximately 1.33% of the company's total shares. Xi Chunyang and Chen Xiaoying divorced in 2012, and this lawsuit is regarding the division of marital property. The case has not been heard in court yet, and it is not expected to have any major adverse impact on the company's normal operations, internal governance, and control rights.
