New announcement from Xin Xunda: Wukuang International Trust Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding 9.3866% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding from February 12, 2026 to May 11, 2026, by no more than 1.9941 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital; and through block trading by no more than 3.9882 million shares, accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is the need to retrieve funds.
