Shijia Guangzi announced that Hebi Investment Group, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, pledged 15 million shares to Henan Asset Management Co., Ltd., accounting for 49.9999% of its total shareholding, and 3.3187% of the total share capital. The pledge start date is January 20, 2026, for its own operational needs. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Hebi Investment Group holds 30.001 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.6374% of the total share capital. After this pledge, a total of 30 million shares have been pledged, accounting for 99.9998% of its total shareholding and 6.6374% of the total share capital.
