After a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, it was decided to expel Huang Zhenglin from the party, dismiss him from public office, confiscate his illegally obtained property, and transfer him to the prosecutorial authorities for investigation and prosecution of suspected crimes, along with all relevant property.
