CATL has established a new power technology company in Linfen.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Era Quicken Power Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Yan as its legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes operating electric vehicle charging infrastructure, battery leasing, recycling and secondary use of waste power batteries from new energy vehicles, leasing of charging control equipment, and energy storage technology services. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is wholly owned by Era Quicken New Energy Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL.
