Dizal Pharmaceutical announced that the 19th meeting of the second board of directors will be held in 2026 to review and approve the proposal to change the company's English name, amend the "Company Articles of Association," and handle the registration changes in the industry and commerce. The company intends to change its English name from "Dizal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." to "Dizal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." and make revisions to relevant articles of the "Company Articles of Association," with unchanged articles. The changes will be subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting and will come into effect, with the final registration record content to be determined by the market supervision and management department.
