In a public announcement by Lucky Air, the controlling shareholder Kunyao Group holds 43.74% of the company's shares, and on January 20, 2026, released a pledge of 41 million shares. On the same day, they pledged another 41 million shares to Ping An Bank Shanghai Branch as collateral for debt obligations. After this change, Kunyao Group has pledged a total of 697 million shares, accounting for 72.91% of its total holdings and 31.89% of the company's total share capital. The total pledged shares by Kunyao Group and its concerted parties exceed 50% of total holdings, with corresponding financing balances due in six months and one year amounting to 3.972 billion yuan and 5.541 billion yuan, respectively. Currently, there is no risk of forced liquidation.
