Microsoft CEO Nadella: The core of the AI era is not "a single model", but "model orchestration and computing power factory"

During the World Economic Forum, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella stated at the "American Home" event that in the era of AI, the real strategic focus is not on whether to have a single "base model", but on the computing power infrastructure, model orchestration capabilities, and deep embedding of corporate knowledge. Nadella pointed out that one of Microsoft's core AI strategies is to build Azure into a large-scale "Token factory". As AI applications are fully deployed, the demand for computing power is growing exponentially, and cloud service providers must have the ability to build heterogeneous infrastructure clusters and improve utilization and reduce overall ownership costs through software.
