Haitai Xinneng established a new materials technology company in Qinghai.

According to the QCC APP, recently, Haitai New Energy New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of mining machinery; evaluation services of mineral resource reserves; mineral resource exploration; and non-coal mining and mineral resource exploitation, etc. Shareholding information obtained through equity penetration on QCC shows that the company is wholly owned by Haitai New Energy.
