China Merchants Bank announces the optimization and implementation of the personal consumer loan financial discount policy. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Notice on Optimization and Implementation of Personal Consumer Loan Financial Discount Policy", China Merchants Bank will provide services to personal consumer loan customers and credit card installment customers who meet the requirements of the notice, starting from January 1, 2026, based on the adjusted discount policy. Personal consumer loan customers who have already signed the "Personal Consumer Loan Discount Supplementary Agreement" will automatically apply the latest discount policy starting from January 1, 2026. China Merchants Bank does not charge any service fees for processing personal consumer loans and credit card installment discounts, and does not cooperate with any loan intermediary institutions/individuals.
