He mentioned that recently, our ministry, together with 7 departments, issued the "Special Action Plan for 'Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing'" and formulated industry transformation guidelines and enterprise application guidelines. Next, we will take the implementation of the "Action Plan" as the starting point to accelerate the high-quality development of the artificial intelligence industry. We will focus on promoting technological innovation and accelerating breakthroughs in key technologies such as training chips and heterogeneous computing power. We will also focus on integrated applications in software programming, new material research and development, pharmaceutical research and development, information communication and other industries, and systemically promote breakthroughs in large and small model systems and intelligent bodies. We will also focus on enterprise cultivation, stimulating the emergence of more empowering application service providers. We will pay attention to ecosystem construction, accelerate the development of urgently needed industry standards, and improve the artificial intelligence open-source mechanism. In addition, we will strengthen safety governance, enhance algorithm security protection, training data protection and other key applications, and enhance the risk prevention capability of enterprise ethics.
