On January 20th, according to the website of the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, the acquisition of the equity of Jiamei Food Packaging Co., Ltd. by Suzhou Zhuyuehongzhi Technology Development Partnership Enterprise has entered the public notice period, which is from January 20th, 2026 to January 29th, 2026. According to the public notice form for simplified cases of concentration of operators, before the transaction, Zhongbao Hong Kong held 45.78% of the shares of Jiamei Packaging and independently controlled Jiamei Packaging. After the transaction, Zhuyue Hongzhi held 54.90% of the shares of Jiamei Packaging and independently controlled Jiamei Packaging.
