Mingde Biology announced that the company has signed a partnership agreement with Wuhan Zesen Changsheng Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., etc., to participate in the investment in Wuhan Zesen Juxin Erhao Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise. The fund scale is 95 million yuan, of which the company contributes 30 million yuan as a limited partner, holding a 31.5789% stake. The main investment scope of the fund includes equity of unlisted companies, with a focus on the optoelectronics, semiconductor, and other artificial intelligence infrastructure/terminal industry chains.
