Bei Jie Te Announcement: One of the actual controllers and directors, as well as general manager Zhang Jianfei, holds 61.0354 million shares, accounting for 14.93%. It is planned to reduce holdings by a total of 12.2629 million shares within three months after the disclosure date of this announcement, i.e. from February 10, 2026, to May 9, 2026, through centralized bidding and block trading, not exceeding 3%. Among them, centralized bidding will not exceed 4.0876 million shares, accounting for 1%, and block trading will not exceed 8.1753 million shares, accounting for 2%.
