Jinlong Holdings announced that its controlling subsidiary Zhongshan Securities Co., Ltd. is involved in a lawsuit related to infringement liability. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Changchun Branch, as the plaintiff, is demanding a joint compensation of 350 million yuan and a fund occupation fee loss of 139 million yuan from China Merchants Bank Wuxi Branch, Zhongshan Securities, Ping An Bank Shenzhen Branch, National Fund, and Zhu Dongwei, with a total lawsuit amount of 489 million yuan.
