National Shield Quantum announced that, based on the normal operation and development needs of the company, it intends to sign one patent/proprietary technology implementation license agreement and one software copyright/proprietary technology implementation license agreement with the University of Science and Technology of China. The agreement involves a total of 4 patents, 3 software copyrights, and 2 proprietary technologies, and requires payment of an initial fee and sales share according to the contract terms.
