Yingbo announced that it plans to invest 9 million yuan of its own funds in Hangzhou Yufeng Tuojie Technology Co., Ltd. through capital increase. After the completion of the transaction, the company will hold a 15% stake in the target company, which will not be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
