Zhongjie Resources announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Zhongjie Sewing Technology Co., Ltd. recently received the "High-Tech Enterprise Certificate" with the number GR202533001712, issued on December 19, 2025, and valid for three years. This is a re-certification after the expiration of the original certificate. According to regulations, Zhongjie Technology can pay corporate income tax at a rate of 15% from the fiscal year 2025 to 2027.
