Aixu Corporation announced that the company recently signed a "Supplementary Agreement" with a branch of Agri Bank, adding Zhuhai Doumen branch as a creditor; and signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with a branch of Bank of China in Tianjin Beichen, providing a joint liability guarantee of 100 million yuan for Tianjin Aixu. As of the announcement date, the company has provided guarantees for its subsidiaries totaling 24.221 billion yuan, accounting for 68.146% of the most recent audited net assets, with an actual debt balance of 14.078 billion yuan and no overdue guarantees. The company's external guarantee limit for the year 2025 is 36.2 billion yuan, and this guarantee is within the authorized limit and does not require further approval.
