Polish recycler is heavily betting on the European critical metal strategy.
As Europe seeks to gain an early advantage in the global critical materials market, Poland's largest recycling company is expected to be a direct beneficiary. Pavel Yarsky, founder and CEO of Elemental Group, announced that the company will invest $8 billion, two-thirds of which will be used to build a copper smelting and refining plant, with the remaining funds going towards a factory specializing in the recycling and refining of metals for electric vehicle batteries.
