The Ministry of Finance issued a notice regarding optimizing the implementation of the personal consumption loan financial discount policy: extending the implementation period of the personal consumption loan financial discount policy until the end of 2026. After the adjustment, the implementation period of the personal consumption loan financial discount policy is from September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026. Residents can enjoy the discount for eligible consumption incurred during the above-mentioned period. After the policy expires, the extension of the policy period will be studied based on the implementation effect. The installment business of credit card bills is included in the support scope, with an annual discount rate of 1 percentage point.
