The original sole shareholder, Matrix Space Co., Ltd., saw its shareholding decrease to approximately 0.4%. At the same time, the company's registered capital increased from 10 million RMB to approximately 2.48 billion RMB. The company was established in 2021 and its business scope includes: advertising production, computer system services, data processing and storage support services, and organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities.
