According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Sichuan Fusion New Energy Industry Investment Development Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: venture capital investment; investment activities with its own funds; asset management services for self-funded investments. QiChaCha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Chengdu Tianfu New Area Investment Group Co., Ltd.
