Air China Eastern announcement, on January 19, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Airlines signed a "Contract" with China Eastern Property, transferring its ownership of the Kaidi Building Shanghai Airlines housing and ancillary equipment assets to China Eastern Property for a transaction price of approximately 134 million yuan. This transaction constitutes a connected transaction under Chapter 14A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, with the transaction price being assessed and recorded, not lower than the assessed value. The purpose of the transaction is to optimize the asset-liability structure of Shanghai Airlines and focus resources on the aviation industry.
