Just a few weeks ago, the company's valuation was only $4.3 billion. The sources disclosed that Moon's Dark Side is finalizing a new round of financing which is expected to increase its valuation by at least $500 million compared to December. The sources also mentioned that due to strong market demand, this financing round is likely to be completed soon.
