Today, reporters learned that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the State Administration for Market Regulation has continued to deploy the "Action Plan for Improving Quality Certification for Small and Micro Enterprises," focusing on solving management challenges, effectively stimulating the intrinsic motivation of enterprises, and achieving significant results in stages. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, various regions across the country have issued a total of 1816 incentive policies, providing approximately 123.5 billion yuan in financial support, such as "certification loans," to small and micro enterprises, and exempting more than 100 million yuan in certification fees. Free training has been provided to 722,000 enterprises, precise assistance has been provided to more than 85,000 enterprises, approximately 48,000 critical quality issues have been resolved, about 138,000 quality management talents have been cultivated, indirectly driving the creation of approximately 143,000 new jobs. 4033 small and micro enterprises in the high-tech field have been guided to establish standardized research and development management systems, with the average proportion of new product sales revenue to operating income increasing by 7.7%, and the average intensity of technology research and development investment increasing by 6.0%. This has achieved synchronous growth in quality management level and economic benefits, creating a virtuous cycle.
