ST Shuyuan announced that the company will hold the first interim shareholders' meeting of 2026 at 14:30 on February 4th, with the online voting time from 9:15 to 15:00 on the same day, and the share registration date is January 26th. The meeting will review proposals such as "Regarding the proposal for the company to provide guarantees for financing through equity pledge to the controlling shareholder as counter-guarantee" and "Regarding the proposal for authorizing the company and its subsidiaries to provide guarantees for external guarantees limit", both proposals are non-cumulative voting proposals.
