Zhongheng Corporation announced that the total amount of funds raised for the company's initial public offering of stocks is 507.204 million yuan, with a net amount of 446.052 million yuan. The company has implemented special account storage for the raised funds, and has previously cancelled three special accounts. As all of the raised funding projects have been completed and the remaining balance in the special account for raised funds is zero, the company recently completed the closure procedures for three special accounts at the Jinjiang branch of China Minsheng Bank in Chengdu. After the accounts are cancelled, the related tripartite supervision agreements will also terminate.
