Porsche China CEO responds to declining sales.
Porsche recently released data showing that its global sales in 2025 will be 279,400 units, down 10% year-on-year. Among them, sales in the Chinese market were 41,900 units, a decrease of 26.28% year-on-year. Regarding the decline in sales in the Chinese market, Pan Liechi, President of Porsche China, said in an interview with @Zhongxin Jingwei, "2025 is indeed a challenging year for the entire luxury car market. As a pure import brand focusing on the ultra-luxury field, Porsche faces more direct pressure. Our sales decline in 2025 is a proactive response to the market environment and an expected adjustment while adhering to the core strategy of quality over quantity. We focus on maintaining a healthy supply and demand relationship and a stable value system."
