According to the Qichacha APP, it has been recently revealed that Butuo Huaneng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, solar power generation technology services, wind power generation technology services, energy storage technology services, etc. The equity penetration displayed on Qichacha shows that the company is jointly owned by Huaneng Sichuan Energy Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huaneng Hydropower, and Butuo County Muguang New Energy Co., Ltd.
