Topstar Announcement: On January 16, 2026, the company submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to issue H shares and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On the same day, the application materials for this issuance and listing were published on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. If the issuance and listing are eventually implemented, the issuance will be limited to overseas investors who meet relevant conditions and domestic qualified investors who are authorized to invest in overseas securities according to Chinese laws and regulations.
