Tianyuan Intelligent announced on January 18th that the company recently received a notice issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Supervisory Committee regarding the company's controlling shareholder, Chairman and General Manager Wu Yizhong being detained and placed under investigation. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company has not been asked to assist in the investigation.
