On January 17th, 288 new homes were signed for sale and 212 second-hand homes were signed for sale on the Beijing real estate market.

According to data from the website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on January 17th, Beijing signed 288 new homes with a total area of 16,813.52 square meters, including 86 residential units with an area of 10,137.9 square meters. Additionally, 212 second-hand homes were signed, with a total area of 18,476.83 square meters, including 196 residential units with an area of 17,701.89 square meters.
